Be AT Your Best with Strength Training and Nutrition
Assessment
Each client starts their program with an assessment. As Paul Chek likes to say “If you’re not assessing you’re guessing.” Personal personal training is about building you a custom exercise program.
How do I do that?
I look at your bodies strengths and weaknesses. Many assessments out there just assess you moving. Your assessment measures you standing, laying down, and moving. This gives me all the information necessary for you to succeed in your goal.
Programs
After your assessment I custom build your program based on my findings. Tight muscles are stretched and weak muscles are strengthened. Think of your body like a bicycle wheel. Things need to be balanced in order for it to work at optimal. When things work optimally you get better milage.
Sessions
During your exercise sessions I make it a point to teach you correct form. An exercise can easily be done improperly. Firing muscles properly makes you more efficient and teaches you how to use your muscles 24/7. I do this by watching and queuing you to perform your movements to the best of your ability.
“Twice a week Harry makes my life miserable. During our one hour training sessions, Harry forces me to perform lunges, squats, push-ups, and free weight training. There was never a single moment that I stopped whining. If my meetings with Harry are so dreadful, then why did I continue the punishment? First off, I look and feel better following Harry’s programs. Harry's unconditional commitment helped me lose 8 lbs of grotesque fat! More than the weight loss, I was thrilled with the 3 inches that melted from my waist. My 4 foot 9 inch frame has never looked or felt younger, leaner and stronger than it does right now. Stomach aches that I had for over a decade completely faded away! I owe Harry for making sure I accomplished the goals we set out to achieve, and we are both excited about my current weight of 96 pounds. Thank you very much Harry!”
