What is “Personal” Personal Training?
“Personal” personal training means an exercise program that is personalized for your activity, goal, and health condition. This can be done a couple of different ways for what will work for you.
For some people this means constant care and attention training with your trainer two to four times a week. These programs are adapted to allow proper time for recovery, stretching, exercise programs, and your activity.
For other people this means a tailored program that they can take home with them. Each program will be explained in detail and you will be taken through a work out. Then you’ll take this workout sheet and periodization sheet home to follow a work out plan for you. Video recording of exercises is offered to better the clients memory on the exercises that he/she is doing. These services are to ensure that you learn your programs through looking, listening, and feeling everything that you are doing.
For clients looking for partner training. Partner sessions and even group sessions are available which are tailored to both clients. This will allow you to save 40% on your training session and train with a friend. Please chose partners close to your own athletic ability for the best experience.
Group training is also available. These sessions are tailored to the group’s ability level as a whole. Though not as specific or individualized as one-on-one training these sessions still have quite a bit of depth. If you like to train with your buddies, and want to learn how to team train this is a great program for you.

Holistic Nutrition Lifestyle Coaching
This package includes a full assessment (2.5-3 hrs), program evaluation (1-2 hrs), two exercise sessions per week, as well as one nutrition and lifestyle session per week.

What is Holistic Nutrition Lifestyle Coaching?
This is a program which meets three times a week and will put you on the fast track to changing your health.

What is Integrated Neuromuscular Therapy?
This is more then body work, It’s bodywork tailored to you. Each bodywork session starts with a 10 min evaluation looking at exactly where you’re pain is really coming from. The goal with INT is to make you’re pain/trigger points go away with a long lasting affect. Each session lasts 1.5hrs leaving you feeling like you’re walking on air.
1.5 hour session $150
